So most of us here at SCX were crazy busy the first week of the SCX Season, building interbike show booths, and trying to scramble to put it all together in time for what some will say, is the longest ammount of time you could ever spend in Las Vegas. A full week. Besides drinking every night (its obligatory)
I spent some days after the show, and I found this Top 5 list usefull. http://www.casinotop10.net/Top-5-Things-to-do-in-Vegas-not-in-a-casino. Go to Red Rock, get some fresh air outta the cigarette smoke.
At the Surly booth. Could you imagine these tires in Cross?
Cinelli had a pretty cool set up for their booth.
Artcrank was also at the Chrome booth. Some cool posters for your walls if you gotta chance to pick some up.
Instead of going to CrossVegas, I ended up with a ticket to the Red Bull Where the Trail Ends Video Premiere.
Im told all the riding was “epic” and “gnarly” Got to the theater at 8:30 and sat there for an hour. For beer they had $7 canned beer they poured in a solo cup. Classy.
Chrome, like always, had a cool booth. For only $10 you could get a t-shirt printed in any set up area you wanted. Ill be wearing mine. They did these tricycle races. I didnt get to see the final.
Eddy Merckyx had some nice models.
