Lee has been a long-time road cyclist and started racing cyclocross around 2006. She has since upgraded all the way to cat 2. Her race accomplishments include representing Washington at Masters Nationals in Kansas City and in Bend (with a podium finish in Bend), and a near miss on a bronze medal at 2009 Masters Worlds in Belgium after a mechanical.
Lee is devoted to the growth of women’s cyclocross. She was a clinic leader at the WAWCX Women’s Cyclocross Festival and organizes beginner clinics for her new teammates each year, resulting in many brand new women in the local cross fields.
After limited racing for 2 years due to injury, Lee has come back strong this year, frequenting the podium of the Masters 1/2/3 field.
